QMPW Opens Tallahassee
Office
TALLAHASSEE, July 14, 2003 –The law firm of Quintairos,
McCumber, Prieto, Wood & Boyer opened its Tallahassee
office today, its first in the area. This new expansion
will undoubtedly help QMPW extend its reach further
north into the Florida Panhandle region. The firm now
has fully staffed offices in every major city throughout
the state.
"For years, we’ve
handled numerous legislative, regulatory and administrative
issues for clients in Tallahassee and the Panhandle.
As our firm and clients have grown, it made sense to
have a full-time presence in Tallahassee," said
Hugh Wood, managing partner at QMPW. "We’re
excited about the office expansion, on South Monroe
Street, which will be overseen by attorney Christopher
J. Karpinski."
Tallahassee managing
attorney Christopher J. Karpinski transferred from the
firm's Jacksonville office. His areas of practice include
insurance and nursing home defense, medical malpractice
and personal injury litigation, and representation of
health care providers in administrative/disciplinary
actions. A graduate of Georgetown University, Mr. Karpinski
earned a Juris Doctor with Honors from the Florida State
University College of Law in 1994.
